How do I track my order? 

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your package. You will also be able to find this tracking number in your customer area, section "your orders".


What are the cost and delivery ?

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to cancel it. You can contact us using the contact form for any questions about the delivery tracking.


I have not received my order, what should I do? 

If the status of your package is indicated as "delivered", contact us using the contact form. For all international orders, please contact DHL customer service on 0809 400 213 and then our customer service department.

If the status of your order indicates "returned to sender" (for example if the address is wrong or incomplete), you will automatically be contacted within a few days after your package is received by our team.


What payment options are avaialable? 

We offer several secure payment methods with 3D Secure to complete your order: PayPal or by credit card, including Carte Bleue, VISA, or MasterCard.

We also offer payment via Apple Pay and installment payments through Alma.

Please note that our system does not accept American Express.


My order shows a payment error, what should I do? 

Any order with the status "payment error" is automatically cancelled. You will have to place another order on our site. You can then try a different payment method. Our customer service is at your disposal to guide you through your purchase.


 I live in Australia or Japan, how do I order on the website?
